Unfortunately, someone replaced the fenders with front and back handbrakes. One of those things that makes you go "HMMMMM" :?:

I think you did good!... Ideas?....Cool cruiser seat, Tall Ape Hangers,or flip the bars you have, If it is a coaster brake wheel you don't have to run the handbrakes

Thanks all! Yes it does have a coaster brake. I have no clue why they would have added two hand brakes and gotten rid of the fenders. Although, it did succeed in getting brake rub on the rims :x
