Travis Pastrana Motobike

I came across a Travis Pastrana Motobike, free to a good home, yesterday on the north side of Austin. It's missing one of the number plate side panels and the rear disc brake is frozen up. I haven't found any info on this type of bike. Will probably give it away or donate it as I have too many bikes right now. Is it worth restoring, or should it be used for parts? Any opinions? Sorry, no pictures as it is currently in my back seat.

Likely a much newer bike as Travis was born in 1983 during the heyday of vintage BMX.

For it's worth, I took it to the Austin Bike Farm. They can hang it on the wall as art!
