I picked this up earlier this week. For $50, I couldn't resist. Good tires, nice seat, and some potential.

What Brand is it ? Very nice I'd consider a 1 pc 3 cog crank , and a Ft. Derailleur

A front derailleur without a rear derailleur doesn't work, unless you have some kind of fancy chain tensioning mechanism. Trikes typically employ an IGH hub for multi-speeds.
