It look wild, but it is only slightly more forward and lower then a standard set up with drop bars.

Love it, but my sciatica would also say no to riding it, I think I would lockup in that stance.........oh but I would still have that bike

It's not a crazy as it looks. It's not that much lower that traditional drop bars, and Slightly more forward.
