I had to change the rear tube, and attach streamers, and the baby chopper was nearly done.

Too nasty to photograph outdoors today, so photos were in the kitchen. There were several minor paint defects. I turned the grand kids loose with a book of stickers and they fixed it with gusto.

Now that the baby bike is finished (except for possibly training wheels) I am done with all my bike updates for now.

At some point I will start on the theorized hybrid trike project, but I need to get the roadster back together first.

Not only do I want to drive it, but all scattered in pieces it takes up too much room. There’s just no place available to build the trike. Basically I need to collect some more steel and finish rebuilding the chassis.

It will be easier now that I have more TIG experience from welding up bicycle bits.

When it looks like this again, I will build the trike.

I took several photos when the sun came out but this is the only one that was any good. And it’s not very good. It is so gloomy today that I don’t think we’ll see any more sun. I was hoping to put up some nice pictures of this bicycle before the kids get it dirty.

The satellite dish sissy bar accessory was a last-minute addition.

Secret preview files of donor transaxle with hubs & shifter, for the electric/hybrid trike. The case and the hubs are aluminum. All the gears and shafts are hardened steel.

Right side has input pully.
