So that would make it a kick back hub correct?

Re: ummm I have a serious problem (updated 11-29)

Looks kind of like the KIA my neighbor had when I was a kid (late 70s). At the bike shop we would joke that KIA stood for Killed In Action!

i want to hear the kid friendly version of that

Re: ummm I have a serious problem (updated 12-28)

The kid friendly version of kegel? It's what you do when you have to go REAL bad, but you have to hold it. It's when you flex the muscles that help you "hold it". There. I think they'll understand now... and It's not crude.

Re: ummm I have a serious problem (updated 12-28)

^^^ My wife had to perform kegel exercises while attending birthing classes. I believe what you refer to is similar but uses slightly different muscles.

Re: ummm I have a serious problem (updated 12-28)

Well, according to my and my wife's doctor, while the muscle sets aren't exaactly same between men and women, they are both kegel flexes, flexing your PC muscle group, which is the muscles above and around your pelvis/pubic bone...
