Unique bell

OK, so its not such a fresh find. I got this bell on trade a little while ago from RRB forums member, it was all rusty and stuff, and although I know most of you love the rust I do not! :lol: So after two days of soaking in white vinegar heres what it looks like. What appears to be rust is actually a Brass looking surface that came up after the rust was removed.

I have the same bell on my 1908 Elgin King. Sounds like the ice cream truck coming down the street.

That cleaned up pretty nice. I still wanna hear it on a bike.

I'm not mounting it till I change out the tires for a smoother tread white wall. :wink: BTW the bell looks a lot better than the pic.
