Unusual chopper

Hope to see, and possibly own, this in a couple days. Selller has it listed as a West Coast Chopper but I personally have never seen a WCC bike like this or only a WC logo used like om the seat. Any help is appreciated.

I can't see it, the listing is gone. Wasn't a Rat Fink was it? They have that chopper look.

These are not the Huffy made Jesse James 'West Coast Chopper' branded bikes. This is a generic "West Coast" branded chopper.
