Use for old wheelsets

Ok if you have old rims laying around , use clear packing tape from one set of spokes
to the back set. Then a little spray paint and mount them somewhere. I have a pipe in
concrete that worked good. Click on pic for video.

Or make chandeliers. 3 pieces of chain, 3 wheels and zipties. Add Christmas lights.

i wonder if you could hook a head light generator to one of the rims and run some led landscaping lights off it

I had thought about mounting a fan blade to one and then having it run
a light at night. Seems like it would work pretty good. Not sure how much voltage
you could produce with one , but LED's don't take much.

I like the spinning myself, lights would be cool but don't ditch the spinning.

Pic isnt great heres how I put some old rims to use today. Its going to end up being a dragon halloween prop. so far I got 9 rims in it from 12 inch to 20 inch rims
