Vintage '60s JC Higgins Flightliner

Got this bike on the cheap from a college kid moving back home and getting rid of her stuff. It looks to be a Rollfast Cruiser from the '60s. It is pretty good shape and is in rideable condition. She said she took it out on several Critical Mass bike rides here in Houston. It has some paint slapped on the fenders and handle bars but it is all there except for the chain guard which I am looking on-line for. Pretty cool ride which I got on the cheap.

What do you guys think?

It may be for all I know. I thought it was a Rollfast because of the top two bars to the neck. The crank is also identical to another Rollfast I have. Were Flightliners and Rollfasts made by the same company?

Those pointy dropouts scream Murray..They sold them under a lot of labels. I don't know if they re-badged them as Rollfast or not.
