They are a Kraków based company, Kraków being capital city number 2 for Poland, until it moved to Warsaw. 'w Galicji' means 'in Galicia', the Austrian part of Poland when Poland didn't exist in the 19th century and early 20th century, presumably when the photo was taken.
The have shops all over the place, and sell nice tea, coffee, meat, cakes, cheese and things of that sort.
Look at the gaps in the front sprocket teeth, guess what kind of chain they were using!
