Thanks Guys the Park pcs 9 is rated at 100lbs so add 70 lb bike start cranking down on it to remove a frozen part you may max it out pretty quick I'm thinking.
I have a scale at work and the Elgin I bought from Onewheelsqueel with tank, skirts, front drum brake and truss rods basically everything you can put on a bike weighs 52lbs.
I would say a little higher also, 70 as an average. This is for good quality made old bikes, not Murry Moterays from the 80s!
For example, my modern bike shop cruiser runs 55#s in full dress, bags, lock, spare tubes, tools....
Some heavy bikes. I once weighed a couple of my bikes to make sure they would be okay on a bike rack. They weighed in at 42, and 43 pounds. And these were stretched, custom bikes, so how you get to 70 pounds is beyond me.
Shipping weight for 60s Schwinn "lightweights" is right around 50lbs so probably a few pounds for packing material. I've shipped up to 65lb bikes and I'm pretty sure my Colorflow is right around 70.
