Vintage Iron

I'm out doing some California Pickin' today and came across this Vintage Iron. Old farm house with a bunch of cars & junk laying around. I spied a couple old Schwinns hanging from the rafters so I thought I'd inquire. Turned out to be a girls Schwinn and a European girls bike. Then I look across the cluttered garage and see this Vintage Iron bike... Pretty dusty but hardly used... The guy I was talking to was a tenant that lives there and none of the stuff was his.. The owner was out on his MC at the time and will be back later today. Anyway, he said the owner won it in a raffle and he's in his 60s and doesn't ride bicycles anymore..... aaaand he's kinda hurting for cash! Hmmmm... Sooooo here's the burning question. WHATS IT WORTH AND WHAT SHOULD I OFFER?

I gave $200 for the one I had that time and I thought it was an excellent deal.

I'd probably throw out an offer of $150 on it if I were you.
