So my girlfriend and I just got home today after spending a almost a week of debauchery in Vegas at the Viva Las Vegas 13 Rockabilly weekend. On Saturday they had the car show and i just had to share some of the cool pics i took.
First up are the bikes i caught floating around the show.
They were giving this bike away in a raffle... I didn't win.
I had to hang out with our friends from Nirve bikes
And here I am standing in front of a very cool custom whizzer-ish masterpiece... sorry I'm blocking the rear tire
Saw this sign in one of the bars at the casino.
Then there were the motorcycles...
And the cars...
Here I am standing with a beautiful Pontiac Star Chief.
And my girlfriend with this sweet Rat Rod.
A couple of Rat Rodz in the parking lot.
These are the Diamond Betty girls.
The bands were all awesome with far too many to list but here a couple of my favorites...
My girlfriend posing with The Chop Tops, one of the greatest Rockabilly bands ever.
The evening peaked when the immortal Chuck Berry took the stage.
And it was attended by 10,000 of our closest friends!
It was a wild ride that I'll never forget, and I send my thanks out to the great Tiki Tiki for helping me make it home alive... Whew!
