The add copy reminds me of something that "Mad Magazine", "CARtoons" or "Cracked" Magazines would do. I'm judging that on the cartoon kid on the bottom of the page and that there is no address to get the parts and or an address to join "Custom Bike Association". Otherwise I'm thinking that it was a prank from the 70's and now it's pranking us.

Dezzie, I saw the Caddy bike. Neat looking machine. Your right you can do a lot with basic outline.

I remember seeing that on Facebook and mentioned that one of the welders from the forum should give it a try. I was thinking of LTJ when I made the comment. But definitely think someone could do it. Their is plenty of talent here that could do it.
