Wards Hawthorne ID?

I recently found this bike in my basement next to the oil drum. I tried doing some research but I could not find another Wards that looked like this. Any help would be appreciated in IDing and finding a value for it.

Looks like a Snyder built bike. How long was it there before you noticed it?

I'd say 1941. Super cool twin-light carrier: stop light and tail light.

Nice bike. I own the mens' version with the same striped graphics on the peaked fenders, I also want to know what
else is in that basement. A rare find...
