Ward's Skiptooth - 24 or 26 ???

No idea what I have here. I found it at a junk yard in Middleofnowhere Montana a couple of years ago. When I picked it up I assumed it was a 24 inch boys frame and hung it up in my garage rafters for safe keeping. Today I was moving things around and started looking at it.

I threw on a 24" wheel and there is a whole lot of extra room.

This is what it looked like when I put a 26x1.95 MTB wheel on it. Still plenty of room. Probably couldn't go with a whole lot bigger tire but 26"s will fit.

Any thoughts on what I have here?

I think it's a 24" because you need room for the fender. I think it's a Snyder built Hawthorne

Maybe it's a 26" with the peaked fenders?
