i saw it on a CL ad and it said it was the original paint, the name of it is Flamboyant Lime and its from 74. Has anyone seen one this color in person?
Was this an original Schwinn color (pic)?

According to a quick Google search, Flamboyant Lime is a Schwinn color and seems to have been used on some of the earliest stingrays in 63. Whether or not they used it on 74 suburbans is beyond the time I want to spend Googling 
Although, just from the pictures I just saw of other Schwinn's in that color, this one looks more "flamboyant", so as already mentioned, the photo may have been altered to "gay it up", a bit.

That'll have to be a Suburban, because it has a chainguard. The varsity sport also came in lime in 1974 but it didn't have the full chainguard. The color was called lime, no mention of flamboyant. I looked through the other models, only these two I mentioned came in lime.
The photo in the ad must have been enhanced, the lime isn't anyhwere near that flamboyant. This is from the 74 catalog:
