HYPER-FORMANCE DECAL INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Very important—do not apply these decals like the ones from your childhood…You were probably doing it wrong then!

1. Dip decal in room temperature water for no more than 2 seconds. (Remember, two seconds, NOT two minutes.
2. Next place decal on a smooth, clean countertop and do not touch for five (5) minutes…Allow decal and backing to roll if it wants to roll.
3. Apply decal and backing to clean surface. Align it to the correct position and then slide the backing out from under the decal.
4. Dip your finger in water and smooth out all air bubbles under the decal. Allow decal to dry a minimum of 24 hours at room temperature before handling. Decal will dry clear. Do not touch or move the decal until 24 hours have passed.
5. NOTICE: Nowhere in these instructions does it say: “Put water on the surface”…the glue would be “thinned” out too much with the extra water and will not stick…very bad!
6. Do not use a hair dryer to dry the decals.
7. Decals will not stick to most powdercoats. Micro-Set decal setting solution will help, but they still may fail.
8. Micro-Set decal solution makes the decals more water resistant, clearer, and last longer. It also enables decals to be clear-coated. Below are the Micro-Set directions. Micro-Set is NECESSARY if you want to apply clearcoat over the decals.

Micro-Sol (decal solvent) from your local Hobby/Craft store is the Best for making water slide decals conform to odd shapes.

Been using it for years on Model Cars.
