Talking to my sister right now, they slept thru it. It was up in the Napa Valley about 60 miles away, but yeah, a close one would not be pretty. Ha!

Jerry, So you rode the Bart in from Fremont. Then rode thru S.F. over the Golden Gate, then took the ferrier back to S.F., How many miles, & how long? Thanks

Rad Dyno. Yes, sister lives in Fremont. The tour left at 10am. It's 8 miles over to Sausalito. The tour included the Ferry ticket back to SF. You have the use of the bicycle all day. As long as you catch the last Ferry back, you are good. We almost rode around to Tibron (10 more milles) to the Ferry over there, but opted to just take it easy in Sausalito. The tour is not necessary, but was worth the few $$ extra. You can rent and go anywhere you please on your own. Tour price was $55.00, (and some really good advice about catching the Ferry back).
