Wedge stuck in forks

I need some help! I have a set of fork with the wedge stuck in the fork its rusted so I tried PB Blaster & heat niether one worked the fender screw broken too.

I have had success in drilling out the fender screw, put in PB Blaster from both ends and then driving the wedge out from the bottom with a long screwdriver or rod.

my new trick is an piece of threaded rod and a slide hammer to go with the torch! 8)
