After rubbing some of the Spaypaint off the tank with fine sand paper I could see Western Flyer on the tank. It is red under all that blue, it has a Benbix 76 Mexico coaster, I am thinking the back wheel was from anouther bike. The seat post is like a gooseneck with a bolt at the top. I dont know what else to call it. I would like to know what year chain guards, rear racks I could put on this and who made it. I dont think the seat is right. The numbers on the rear dropout are H002983.
