Early 1960s Murray. The T in the serial may indicate 1961. The X indicates it was sold under a brand other than Murray.
 
MOTX is correct for a Murray built 1958 Western Flyer, according to the ABC Services book, which is a reprint of a 1959 Western Auto parts manual. -Adam

I actually found 1 pic of a 58 and a 61 and only the 58 had my style of strut rods on fork.
