Here is the work I did to secure the upper tips of the sissy bar with SteekStik epoxy putty and a shroud I made from roof flashing.

No build of mine is complete without at least using one piece of roof flashing or one piece of the spring steel from a foldaway cot.
The flashing was used for the sissy bar tip shroud and I used a piece of the spring steel to make the trucker tag holder. This really is a fun little doodad.

Then the sanded and clear coated El Toro bars and the grips and I realized I was finished and needed to ride this suckah.
Time to sleep now. I'll leave this cool pic from my ride.
