Is this a Monark? It came in a pkg deal with a bunch of other bikes

All of these were in the same find.

Is there just a single piece of tubing connecting the chain stays to the seat post and a flattened piece of tubing connecting the crank housing to the chain stays? That usually spells Monark to me.

It's not CWC; it is a Monark built bicycle.

Yes it is but the rest of the bike is standard Monark and definitely not CWC. The similarity of the two chain rings comes up for discussion at times and the difference is that the CWC version is 3/16" by 1" whereas the Monark version is 1/8" by 1/2". No one ever seems to change from 1/2" to 1" pitch but that seems to be the case with this bike; that might explain why the chain ring chrome is much nicer than the finish on the crankarms.
