Depends on which 3 piece crank set.
For a traditional set up (non bmx) I like adapter cups and cartridge b.b.
For the cheaper route there are unsealed that use a lrg. Bb., with the spindle threaded for it.
For bmx style just make sure it's to fit an American large b.b.

you'll need a euro adaptor:

And you'll need a JIS suare taper BB set, with a 68mm BSC set of cups. I like Shimano UN55, but anything with a square taper spindle labeled "68mm english thread" or "68mm BSC" that is NOT marked "ISO taper"... You'll need to pick a spindle length; i'll bet a 110mm will line up pretty well with that crankset and your KT hub, but i believe I recall from your other thread that you want to run 3" tires, in which case you might want to go with a 115 and use an offset "deep dish" rear cog. Chainline is the hardest part of these things; a typical coasterbrake hub has a 42mm standard chainline, which can be changed by running dished cogs and changing rear spacing..... Cranks tend to be unique as far as what spindle they'll need to achieve a given chainline. These things, unfortunately, are far from being standardized....

(FYI: the "68mm" refers to the distance between the shoulders at the threads. The "115mm" refers to the distance between each end of the black spindle.)
