What do you do with old chains?

Usually toss them in a bin thinking "I'll probably need/want it later" and just end up tossing it in a bin of scrap metal during one of my cleanup/organize days. I've used bits of them and made keychains though.

I use them on chain whips when the old chains on those tools are too bad to use.
