Was looking on sites mentioned on here. What happened to all the 20x3 whitewall hog tires? Anyone know of a supplier in the US?

Anyone know why the 20x4 rim isnt available fully assembled? I went to the site that stocks them and they only have the parts to build a 20x4, the fully assembled ones are out of stock
