What is it ? Delivery Box bike..(not a cylce truck)

While growing up in NYC a childhood freind had a Vintage 3 Wheeled Box Truck Delivery bike / A reverse tricycle with a huge steel box over the front (two wheeled axle)...
These were generally used for Grocery deliveries, which was common practice decades ago.
The exact bike is in a Robin Williams movie called "House of D"...of which a trailer for, can be found on Youtube @ http://youtu.be/JY-Geg45oO0
Or just search "House of D"....this movie ironically, also features him stealing a 1973 Pea Picker from a local Schwinn shop show window.
Can anyone out there tell me what these sweet rides are, and if there are any left to be found.

And if you're wondering about durability let me tell you a Worksman trike is tough as nails and will more than likely outlive you 3 or 4 times over.

They are super tough. I bought two Worksman trikes that my mechanics use at the facility where I work.
And yes they do still make them.
