I'll have my final pics posted before then, but what is the TRUE deadline time?
In the US we are currently observing Daylight Savings Time, in Texas it would be CDT (Central Daylight Time), BUT the rules state 10 PM CST (Central Standard Time). This would actually be 11 PM CDT
Just an observation. I think we had the same CST last year. Don't want anyone getting confused and missing the deadline. Better to play it safe and assume 10 pm CDT I guess.
