What is this and what should I do with it?

So I picked this little thing up for scrap price,

What is it/who made it?
Any ideas what I should do with it?

From the backview of the chainring, it looks like an AMF cruiser from the late 60's or early 70's, but it could just be a random chainring, so i'm not totally sure. what to do with it? If the wheels are straight, they may be a good set. Parts at worse, and lawn art at best.

This bike is only good for yard art, parts, or the scrap yard.

Its a rat rod for sure, do a gender change on it.

If the rims are good, save them and the forks along with everything but the frame, and use them on a standard frame you like. Then take that frame and cut it up to make a truing stand.

Its hard to see but the pointy dropouts look like Sears, and as someone else said the sprocket is AMF
