What is this?

One of my friends sent this pic to me asking what kind of bike this is. All I can make out is the chain guard says Roadmaster and has what looks like jets or rockets on it. It was used on Robins Air Force base for a number of years. I'm guessing AMF? No clue what year it is??? Anybody know?

I remember seeing one similar to that at a yard sale not too long ago but it had a tank, "Sky-rider" I think was the name of it.

Different chain guard but looks like the frame is close to a match.
Maybe it's not a deluxe? Wild guess on my part.

It's likely the Jet Pilot model, early-mid 60s.'65 ads show the JP with that chainguard, the Flying Falcon has a different one. -Adam
