Looks like a Murray/JC Higgins by the tank and it has one of the springer forks I seen on them.

That Higgins beehive springer is easily worth the asking price.

I believe the ladies Higgins springer has the same tube length as mens, so no worries about it being too long.

Looks to be a Higgins from the color stream line they started in 1948 or so.

The rear fender stay should line up with the raised ridge on the chain guard and then flow forward to the fender stay on the front fender.

Not sure exactly how that Aline's with the springer, but on the standard fork they even ran an additional bracket on the fender stay to keep it level from front to back.
