What kind of frame is this?

Hey all,
I was seeing if anyone might know what kind of frame this is,it was given to me by a friend and I've been trying to throw something together with it,it does have these stamping on the bottom bracket:MOIS W D502 47400 28 8586 at least thats what the stampings look like.Thanks!

It is a

JC Higgins frame. I have a real cool super original Red/White Tank with Chrome ears that fits this bike. If you are interested email me for pics.

Yup, it's a JC Sniggins. Got one in my basement werkshop right now.
