picked this up at a swap meet and tried doing some research but no luck any help with make would help year would be nice too

The kick stand mount is what's confusing me it appears to be attached and i am not having luck finding any frames with that kind of kick stand mount

I'm guessing it's a cleveland welding company frame of some sort, just by the configuration of the serial number starting with a letter and then four digits. The rear facing dropouts look like a Henderson I have.... but who knows?

The kickstand is pretty unusual alright, and the fact that the downtube protrudes into the bottom bracket area seems like a possible signature for a maker.
