Are you bolting that up to a regular bike frame? If so, the angle of the head tube will have to be changed (close to 90 degrees) or the bike will handle like crap...

I am wanting to put it on a regular 26" cruiser frame. Funny how you mention that about head tube because my father said the same thing. So if I'm wanting to put a regular cruiser frame, what needs to be done? We mocked it up with frame and wheels up front and the front "basket" was angled up a little. But it did make the bike look like it was lowered so I kinda liked it! What needs to be done to level it out?
