What should I do ???

So, I sold in may some parts to "pedal_junky": a fork and a seat post for 100$ shipped (75 the fork, 25 the post). The fork was a little bent, I didn't see that. We agreed to pay him back 25$. I sent him a a MO for 25$ in may 21.
Today after 20 days he sent me a PM that he didn't receive nothing. Usually an envelope makes 3...4 days inside of US, but he told me after 20 days.
What should I do?

Seems likely that the fees will cancel out the $25. A lot of ppl hate paypal, but it does help
us avoid situations like this.

you can bring that money order stub to the post office and they can tell if it was cashed. if not, they can probably cancel it/issue you a new one.

thanks guys, I found my USPS money order receipt.
I will check tomorrow at the post office
