What size fork?

I want to put a BMX-style fork on my Felt cruiser. The bike has 24” wheels on it, should I go with a 24” fork or a 26” ? Thanks for your help on this, Dave.

I would say 26”
Those 24” felt tires are usually 3”
I don’t think a 24” bmx fork will be big enough. But I cold be wrong .

If you like how it rides, but just want to change the look of the bike, you should be able to track down the axle to crown measurements and match them to what you have. Going longer will, other things equal, slow down the steering but add stability and soften the ride.

Thanks for the replies, I think I’m going to try a 24” fork and see how that works out.
