Its a 6 speed drum brake, brand ? something Italian,I will go look at it again this weekend

Somebody opened up a large e-bike shop here at the beach a couple of years ago and I can't for the life of me figure out how it's still open. The landscape here is literally flat so there is no need whatsoever for any sort of power assisted bike.
