What was it?

So I know some might recognize the origin of this frame, but I'm curious to see some guesses here. Also as my first ever one of a kind build that's different from most, what do guy's think?

I recognize it because I've dragged my kids around on one for countless miles. Very creative!

Thanks. It's actually adult version and I'm having trouble finding another one (or two) cheap like it. Will probably build one for my daughter with kids foldable version though.

I've thought of trying to convert one to a full bike. If you need another, just break out a welder and some junk bikes!

Yeah the more I look through the gallery and conversations the more ideas I'm starting to get. I have around 50 bikes in the shed. This is one of my others.
