what year is my dyno?

here's the numbers on my dyno, mt 80612994 does anyone know how to tell what year it is? :?:

Looks like, Taiwan made in 1998, there should also be a date stamp on the stock seat post and stock fork steerer tube. If you send me pictures of the frame and fork I can tell you for sure.
