Wheel rim disc brake?

Check out these disc brakes, with the disc attached at the wheel rim. I've seen this on custom motorcycles, but never on a bicycle before. I have my own ideas about how to attempt this. How would you do it?

I tried a search to see if this had been done, but I didn't find that one. Very cool, and the girder-style fork is great too.

wheel chair rim with the hand hoop on them will save time marking out and drilling holes,just take off the hoop and have a a circle cut out of sheet metal,I was thinking of this the other day as at work they gona throw out our old wheel chair and was gona have the wheels for a future build using rim disc brake and single sided fork as the wheel will have the big axle on them
