Looks to be some sissy bars made into a wheelie bar, this isn't anything vintage.

Yes, that sticker is a repop, looks like from a printer or something. The stickers Hyper-formance 'Rays used on their Wham-O repops are WAY better.

I don't care for it, just my opinion, but someone might be into it.
