Driving down the road… saw a scrap metal truck with this Whizzer on the back. The guy was making his last pickup and headed for the scrapyard !! Gave him $100 for it and gladly took it off his hands.
Badge is missing.. not sure the make and year of the frame. Also how do I determine the year and model of the engine ? Going to be a great winter project !!

Whizzer with a J motor. No badge on the frame… can anyone tell what brand ?

I was able to zoom in. It looks like a 40's Snyder made frame, going by the shape and the horizontal head badge holes, crank assemble and dropouts. There should be a number under the BB.

1945, made in Little Falls, NY. The 6 was stamped by someone after it was made. 54 reversed is 45, Snyder did that from 1940-1958. It's the same as my 1942 Snyder frame:
