Who is/was Maurice J. Frank "The cycle man"?

Have this badge that came off a late 40's schwinn bike, can't really find anything about it except for another one that a member here had.

EDIT: I'm thinking this probably isn't him. This guy graduated from CHS in 1961, which would be too young to have had Headbadges made of this style. Could be a son or Grandson though?

Yep, bike is gone. It was a 1949 B6 covered in house paint

old thread I know... but I just got a bike at an auction here in Omaha, a 40s Schwinn world.. has the exact same badge as the one pictured.
