Will 12 gauge spokes fit

Hey guys,
Just wondering if anybody knows if 12 gauge spokes will fit on an average skiptooth rear/front hub. I am thinking about buying some felt rims and quickbricks.
I have a felt cruiser already and love the 12 g spokes but on my old bike I want to keep the skiptooth setup.

stupid question, you just mean the holes on the hub the spokes thread through right? Would this in any way weaken the setup? I am likely going to be putting a motor on this bike so i want it to be as safe as possible. cheers
