Google Images is an awesome way to find out where random pictures on the internet originated, OR to find out where other people are using YOUR pictures: https://images.google.com/
Note that the link is NOT "just" to the main Google site.
Just go to the site, upload a picture (or copy/paste the address where you found it) and Google will attempt to find all (or most) of the other versions of that picture across the entire internet. In the case of this bicycle, it found "about 4270" other posts and re-posts of that picture, in various sizes: https://www.google.com/search?tbs=s...Sv4cg0GhOgxcR-tR7BObJ5rCR3Pl1EJwMNFCHzk&hl=en
Based on those results, it looks like it was first spotted in Holland.
