i think so depends on the style of bike it is on. a stock paperboy style bike go for it, but if it is say a chopper or boardtracker i would have to cry fowl. well whatever do what u want i mean this is the dude who chopped up a perfectly good 47 schwinn cycle truck to make it into a boardtrack cafe bike after all.
