Wood rim bikes (Update)

Have been in contact with a woman about some of her husbands bikes that she wanted help with, I was excited as a little kid in a candy store just getting to see these.
Montgomery Wards Hawthorne badged Monark Silver King

1897 to 1899 Gormully & Jeffery dual steer tandem

1899 Columbia model 59 shaft driven

Didn't go to buy, just to help her figure out what she had and a general value of them. Didn't know about the Monark till I got there, I want the Monark and the burgundy bike but not sure what to offer for them since they both have been rebuilt. My pockets aren't deep enough for the Columbia or the tandem
