Campy frame dropout. I can't tell the make of the derailleur. I have revived bikes in worse condition.

The rear derailleur is Campy as well. It also has a corn cob and cast dropouts. This is A high end bike and it is being treated like this.
 
Years ago, my boss brought in a severely sun rotted bike that had been abandoned on his land. I noticed the Campy head set and drop outs and told him I'd take it off his hands. Turned out to be a hand made Ron Cooper.
 
One of the bikes I'm remodeling for the Muscle Bike Build Off looks way worse than that.
And it's a made in Little Rock AMF!!:bigsmile:
